First Class Business Support Services started from a simple Facebook post by a graphic designer frustrated about how much time administrative tasks consumed. The post resonated with many other entrepreneurs who expressed similar struggles with managing admin. At that time, Thabisile, the founder, had a registered business but was still exploring different ideas. She was searching for an opportunity that offered her the flexibility to work from home or anywhere in the world. With her background as a claim's administrator, she discovered the administrative expertise required to solve these challenges. Through her research, she discovered the concept of a Virtual Assistant (VA). The realization that small business, creatives, and NPOs were overwhelmed by admin, gave her purpose she had been seeking. And so, First Class Business Support Service was born.

At First Class Business Support Services, we offer exceptional service that grants entrepreneurs the flexibility to maximize their time and profit while we handle their administrative burdens, what sets us apart is our commitment to personalized, professional service, beginning with most clients right from the registration process. Additionally, we provide customer support, accounts receivable management, sales administration, and general administrative training for small business owners and their employees. We strive to deliver innovative solutions and excellent customer service while building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Meet The Founder

I am deep passion for empowering small businesses and NPOs to thrive by providing affordable, efficient virtual assistance, administrative support, and training. I believe these services are key to unlocking their full potential and driving sustainable growth. With a National Diploma in Accounting, an NQF Level 5 Short-term insurance certificate, and nine years of professional experience- including six years in short-term insurance industry and three years as a virtual assistant- I have honed my expertise in streamlining operations and delivering impactful solutions.

​ As a social entrepreneur and founder of First Class Business Support Services, I've identified the admin crisis faced by many small businesses and NPOs. My mission is to simplify their operations, enabling them to focus on their core objective and amplify their social impact. Understanding the challenges of self-employment, I established the "Coffee Meetings" initiative, an online support group for entrepreneurs, change-makers, and freelancers. This platform fosters a sense of community, allowing participants to share goals, challenges, and motivation while collaborating and supporting one another their journeys

​ During the year of 2024, I was honored to be nominated for the Techpreneur of the Year awards at the SHE Awards Global, a milestone that holds immense significance for me and my business. Additionally, I had the privilege of representing First Class Business Support Services in the KZN Social Economics Development Programme for social entrepreneurs, hosted by EDTA KZN in collaboration with the university of KwaZulu-Natal, Mangosuthu University of technology, and the University of Zululand. I also participated in the Academy for Women Entrepreneur (AWE) 2024, which includes the Thunderbird School of Management's Francis and Dionne Najafi 100 Million Learners Global Initiative Entrepreneurship course. These opportunities have further equipped me with the knowledge and network to drive meaningful change. .
